Arizona Warriors Prep Academy Enrollment & Financial Information
The Arizona Warriors Prep Academy is a post-high school football program created for student-athletes who want to continue developing athletically and academically while maintaining college eligibility. Our program gives players the opportunity to compete against top-level junior college, NAIA, NCAA Division II, and Division III opponents, gaining valuable experience and exposure that can lead to collegiate opportunities.
We are proud to offer a structured, college-style environment where players train under professional coaches, access high-quality facilities, and learn the discipline needed to succeed at the next level.
Enrollment Process
Our enrollment process is designed to be clear, organized, and focused on preparing each athlete for success both on and off the field.
Step 1: Fill Out the Recruit Questionnaire
Complete the Recruit Questionnaire on our website to introduce yourself to our coaching staff. This allows us to evaluate your athletic and academic background.
Step 2: Receive Notification of Interest
Once your information has been reviewed, our staff will contact you with confirmation and next steps.
Step 3: Sign Letter of Intent & Submit Deposit
If accepted, you’ll receive a Letter of Intent to join the Arizona Warriors Prep Academy. To secure your roster spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of signing.
Step 4: Enroll in a Local Community College
Each player must be enrolled in a community college or an approved online program. Our Academy Liaison assists players with the college enrollment process and serves as the bridge between the academy and partner colleges throughout the Valley.
Step 5: Submit College Acceptance & Final Documents
Once accepted into your chosen college, you will:
Provide college acceptance verification
Sign the Academy Participation Agreement (waivers, insurance, letter of understanding, etc.)
Sign the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Release Form, granting the Academy permission to use your image for promotional purposes throughout the season (the Academy does not offer NIL deals or compensation)
Step 6: Official Signing Announcement
After completing all documents and payments, the Arizona Warriors Prep Academy will make a public signing announcement to welcome you to the team.
Step 7: Train, Travel, and Compete
The Warriors will provide team travel for away games, unless prior permission is granted to drive separately or if the game is local. Players will compete in a structured fall schedule that mirrors a college football season.

Cost Breakdown
💰 Total Enrollment Fee: $5,000 per season
🧾 Deposit Required: $500 (non-refundable)
The deposit secures your roster spot and allows the Academy to begin ordering equipment, uniforms, and travel materials. The remaining balance must be paid upon college acceptance or before April 1st, whichever comes first.
What the Enrollment Fee Covers:
Coaching staff salaries and training specialists
Team travel, gas, and possible flights
Equipment and training gear (helmet, pads, uniforms)
Athletic trainers, taping, and medical supplies
Meals during away games
Practice and game field rentals
Player team gear and apparel
Game day staff, operations, and video production
HUDL accounts for film and player promotion
Marketing, player highlights, and front office operations
Payment Options
We understand families have different financial situations. To make participation possible, we offer:
Pay in Full: $5,000 total payment at signing
Short-Term Financing: Structured payment plan before the start of the season
Sponsorship Opportunities: Players may seek local sponsors or businesses to help cover their enrollment cost (sponsorship recognition available)
Parent Financial Responsibility & Expectations
To maintain a professional and efficient program, the Arizona Warriors Prep Academy requires that all funds are paid upfront to secure operations and ensure all gear and logistics are ready prior to the first practice.
Key Deadlines
$500 Deposit: Due at signing (January – March)
Remaining Balance: Due by April 1st or upon college acceptance
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in delayed participation or removal from the roster.
Refund Policy
All payments and deposits are non-refundable. The Academy begins allocating funds immediately for your athlete’s travel, equipment, and staffing needs once they are rostered.
Player Commitment and Conduct
Players are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, sportsmanship, and accountability both on and off the field.
Players must remain enrolled and in good academic standing with their chosen college.
The Academy reserves the right to remove players from the team for academic ineligibility, disciplinary issues, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the team or organization.
Players must attend all practices, meetings, and games unless excused by coaching staff.
Future Scholarship Opportunities
While the Academy currently operates as a for-profit program and does not offer scholarships or tuition assistance, we are actively working with local partners to develop a Player Assistance Fund for future seasons to help qualified athletes offset program costs.
